This can be used using the trick with web browser on PSP.
Follow the directions which is included in the file, and in about 5 seconds later, you will have windows Vista launched on your PSP. Enjoy!!!
NOTICE!! It is absolutely legal to use it since it is not really windows but a website which looks like windows. so u cant launch any other app. other than one provided.
